Here's What they will learn
 

 

Lesson 1: Introduction to ANTs - A visually fun, easy way to teach kids the “ANTs” acronym so whenever they have a “bad” thought, they realize their having an ANT.  Now the family has a playful way of discussing negativity.

 

Lesson 2:Thinking Thoughts - Kids learn to start noticing their thoughts so they can choose thoughts that “work” for them.

  Lesson 3: Problem with ANTs Kids are shown how their ANTs cause them to feel lousy which in turn affects their behavior and results.
 

Lesson 4: Positive Power – Kids discover the power of positive thinking and just by the simple process of choosing to have positive thoughts they create the body chemistry to be at their best!

 

Lesson 5: Crush It! An ANT smashing strategy that enables kids to get into the habit of talking back to their ANTs which results in the realization of knowing that the ANT will eventually give up.

 

Lesson 6: Ink It! Kids are given the motivation to tackle the lingering ANT with the act of writing.

 

Lesson 7: Fear ANT Kids are helped to understand how their fear of a safe situation gets in the way of their success, confidence and happiness.

 

Lesson 8: Drown It!   Kids learn how to use a positive repetitive phrase to drown out the Fear ANT or any other safe but uncomfortable situation.

 

Lesson 9: Cant ANT Kids are made aware of the type of situations that causes the Cant ANT to appear so they have a deeper understanding of what’s behind their “I can’t!” and more willing to smash it

 

Lesson 10: Can It!  Kids learn a straight forward way to smash the Cant ANT. What’s even more exciting is that they are given a very motivating illustration of the importance of perseverance and how what they believe they can’t do today, with effort, they will be able to do in the near future.
