Through a variety of enlightening activities, games, and Smashing ANTs™ cartoon video clips, students discover their own leadership potential and develop skills that guide them to behave in a way that makes a difference in the world around them.

Learning Leadership skills at a young age is a great way to put your child on the path to success and happiness. During this hands-on program, students will learn the key elements of successful leadership and have lots of opportunities to lead group activities and organize a community service project.

Students learn how to harness their full potential in Leadership FUN-damentals.

The students will identify qualities of successful leaders and have several opportunities to lead a team with a focus on exhibiting these qualities.

Leadership Qualities such as:

• good communication skills– talking and listening respectfully
• project management – the goal setting and achieving,
• personal leadership – dealing with ANTs, the Automatic Negative Thoughts that get in the way of success and motivation.

Every student will have opportunities to lead discussion groups, brain storming sessions, project work and games.

The students will also learn about the importance and qualities of being a good team member and have multiple opportunities to support a peer leader and their team.

All children have the makings of being a great leader; they just need the training and practice to develop it.
